37. Ithyphallic Yogi (Pashupati) Seal

Here we see some examples of Indus seal animals and one of a human figure or god surrounded by animals and maybe him/her-self also to be considered at least as part-animal. The most common animals of the Indus Valley seals are powerful ones – the humped bull, the elephant, the rhino, the tiger. All these appear around the human figure.
